We didn’t name it Outrider USA for nothing.  It’s a commitment to knowing our suppliers by a handshake and not an email, whenever possible.  It’s a commitment to quality, reliability, and craftsmanship.  It’s a commitment to reducing lead times, reducing shipping and decreasing our environmental impact.  We design, build and assemble every part we can within the United States.

Is an electric bike from a country other than the United States inherently a bad choice?  Absolutely not.  There are a handful of manufacturers outside the USA that build quality electric bikes.  However, there are also a large number of manufacturers that build overseas because it’s lower cost, and they aren’t concerned as much about quality or performance for their riders.  That is something we don’t agree with at Outrider.  We do not sacrifice quality for lower cost.  The reason is simple: when you put an incredible product in a customers hands, they have an incredible experience.  And if you don’t, well, that gives a whole industry a bad reputation.  We’d prefer to live in the world where every ride you take is the best ride of your life.
